Genting - HTF breakout?

Hey,
I practice TA myself. Need some advice.
My position is currently on the sell side for Genting on CFD.
Reason Being:
1) saw a report by ocbc written in feb or jan that their fair value is 0.33 per share.
2) I saw that resistance is at 62 - 63 cents.
3) MACD has now crossed down on my chart. (I jumped the gun selling before the crossing =x)
4) Volume these few days has been low and even when the stock went higher, volumes dropped.
My only concern now is, why ain't the stock dropping? Are people accumulating? Do you think i'm in the right position? explain...i'd like to hear your view point.
